Pipeline Dreams: High School Program

Attention High School Juniors and Seniors interested in a Healthcare Career!

Our Pipeline Dreams: High School Program is a FREE 12-week hybrid course designed to expose students to careers in healthcare and empower them to create a roadmap to success for a career in the medical field. We are currently accepting applications for our 2025 cohort and want to reserve 10 seats exclusively for MT students.

Program Highlights:

• Weekly online sessions introduce students to health equity concepts, research, and health-allied careers.

• Students work on a health disparity research proposal and compete for a paid summer opportunity.

• Meet and connect with over 20 clinicians of color from across the country.

Key Dates:

• Online Sessions: Tuesdays, 6–8 PM EST (Jan 21–Apr 8)

• In-Person Experiences:

  • Hands-On Healthcare Experience: Feb 8, 2025 (Lancaster, PA)

  • LMSA Northeast Regional Conference: Mar 8, 2025 (Bethlehem, PA)

  • Student Research Expo: Apr 19, 2025 (Lancaster, PA)

**Travel fees are covered for students with two weeks’ advance coordination.

We shared the opportunity with the Health Professionals of Tomorrow and MT Health Equity clubs last week and wanted to follow up to make sure we engage any other students who may be interested.
