FREE PIAA Physicals:
OAL will be providing free physicals on Monday, May 5th. Contact them at 735-6649. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first served basis and usually fill up quickly, so don’t delay! Physicals completed after May 1, 2025 are good for the 2025-2026 school year as long as they are uploaded to Healthy Roster.
Spring Informational Meeting (Middle School):
Girls entering Grades 7, 8, and 9 interested in playing in the Fall 2025 season should attend the Spring Informational Meeting on Monday, May 12. There will be a movie hosted in Coach Reifsnyder’s room at the HS directly after school from 3:00 – 5:00 pm. Afterward, all parents are invited to attend with their players for the informational meeting from 5:00 – 6:00 pm in the Middle School Cafeteria.
Spring Information Meeting (High School):
Girls entering Grade 9 in Fall 2025 are also encouraged to attend the High School Informational Meeting (more information to come soon).
Saturday Workouts/Kick-Arounds:
There will be no workouts over Spring Break weekend and Memorial Day weekend. That leaves just 5 Saturdays left:

- 4/26
- 5/3
- 5/10
- 5/17
These are either inside at the HS Upper Weight Room or outside on grass Field L (near the softball fields) depending on the weather. We hope to see the girls there!
