Manheim Township School Board Selects Chester County Intermediate Unit for Superintendent Search

At the November 14, 2024 school board work session, the Manheim Township School Board reviewed proposals from three superintendent search firms:

• Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13
• Chester County Intermediate Unit 24
• Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA)

After carefully considering each proposal, the Board unanimously selected Chester County Intermediate Unit to lead the search for the district’s next superintendent at their November 21, 2024, School Board Voting Meeting.

The search process will begin this month and will involve the gathering of input from a wide range of district stakeholders such as staff, families, students, and community members. This input will help identify the desired qualities for the new superintendent. Additional details will be provided in the near future regarding this process.
