Any boy or girl in grades 7-12 that are interested in wrestling this year are welcome to attend open mats Mondays and Wednesdays 3:00-4:30pm in the high school North gym as well as lifting Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:00-4:30pm at the high school upper weight room.
